offers an unconditional satisfaction guarantee for our entire line
of merchandise. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply
return the item for exchange or a full merchandise refund or credit
within 21 days of the date of your purchase.
Returns are easy! Here's how:
Please complete a “RETURN REASON” letter explaining why you are
returning the merchandise. Return this form with your package,
postage prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Please send the merchandise and

We advise that you insure your package and request delivery
confirmation for your protection. Goats On The Roof.com is not
responsible for packages until they are received at our facility. If
returning multiple cartons, please return the items with the
matching invoice in each carton. If you do not request an exchange
on your RETURN REASON LETTER, a refund will be processed if you paid
by check or money order. If payment was by credit card, we will
credit your account. Please allow 2 weeks for our receipt and
processing.
